2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return.

- Customized or made-to-order machinery or components.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Electrical or mechanical parts once installed or operated.

4. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In case a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). If eligible, Dymex may arrange reverse logistics through our shipping partners.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be processed as per the return policy above.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
In case of any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made beyond this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
